Online appointment system, admin panel and a custom web app for your business
I move work that runs on Excel, notebooks or WhatsApp messages into an organized web application: a system where customers book appointments themselves, a panel where you update the photos/videos and content on your site, or record-keeping and tracking screens made for your business.

• Duruseramix (duruseramix.com): an admin panel where the craftsman uploads his own photos and videos and chooses which page they appear on, live
• Sentia Danışmanlık (sentia.tr): a panel for adding and publishing blog posts without knowing code, live

• Ders Pusulası: a study app with more than 5,000 questions synced between phone and computer, installed on the phone like an app
What's included:
• Requirements analysis and screen plan (which screens, who sees what, which notifications are sent)
• Password-protected admin panel; comfortable to use from a phone too
• Database and server setup (on Cloudflare, Netlify or Vercel; for most small businesses there is no monthly server fee)
• Email or Telegram notifications
• Testing with real scenarios, a usage note and short training
• 15 days of bug support after delivery
What's not included: SMS provider fees, domain name, paid third-party subscriptions, App Store / Google Play release.
How I work: First we work out the screens and the flow together, I show the first working version early, and I keep developing as you try it and comment. You pay for each stage after approving it. I work with the support of AI tools (Claude Code, Codex); scope, design decisions, testing and delivery are mine.

Stages of the work
Each stage is approved when delivered, and that stage's share is paid directly to the expert.
- Analysis and screen plan · %15 — The screen list, user roles, data fields, notifications and schedule; a short plan submitted for your approval.
- First working version · %35 — A first version, which you can try on your phone, where the main flow (e.g. booking an appointment or adding content) really works.
- All features · %30 — The other screens included in the package, notifications, panel settings and adjustments based on your feedback.
- Testing, launch and training · %20 — Testing on different devices, going live, a usage note and a short video-call training.
