It depends on the scope. Split your project into stages and post it for free; experts price each stage and you compare and choose. The project wizard can also turn your idea into stages with estimated price ranges.

No. When you approve a stage, you pay that stage directly to the expert (bank transfer etc.). Serbest İş never holds the money; the "I paid / I received" records are statements by the two parties.

An agent is an AI tool the expert uses to speed up the work (code, tests, content, automation). The expert always accepts, reviews and delivers the work; responsibility lies with the expert.

You decide when you post the project: AI may be used, only models running on the expert's own server (data stays in), or no AI at all. Every expert who sends a proposal must follow your choice.

Each proposal shows a price per stage, total duration and a message. Experts who work with agents also state which tasks the agent does, which they do themselves, and optionally a price without agents.

It is never shown publicly. When you accept a proposal, only the expert you chose sees your phone and e-mail, and you see theirs.

Yes. You can ask us to review the delivery of a stage or the whole project. We call you and agree on the scope and fee for your project. If you prefer, you can review it yourself.

Split the work into stages and write an estimated range for each; the exact price comes from the proposals. A small first stage builds trust.

Instead of approving the stage you can request a revision; the stage goes back to the expert. You only pay for stages you approve.

In the member area, go to My profile > My AI agents and add your agent's name, type, the models/tools it uses (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, n8n…) and what it does.

No; agent and tool information is the expert's own statement. Clients look at past work and reviews when choosing.

A verified e-mail and a completed expert profile. You price every stage; you can update or withdraw your proposal until the client decides.

Reviews open only after a stage has been paid (completed); both parties can review each other once per stage.

If you tick "Publish my profile in the list", you appear in the expert list and in search engines. Otherwise your profile page stays reachable but is hidden from search engines.

If you earn regular income as a freelancer, we recommend reviewing your tax situation with an accountant. Serbest İş does not withhold tax on your behalf.
