I worked in the IT department at VIBRACOUSTIC. During this time I gained experience in computer setup and formatting, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, organizing internet and network cabling, and technical support. I also handled user account management via Active Directory, server operations, network monitoring with PRTG, and employee card-access systems. Through this experience I improved my ability to solve technical problems and support the smooth operation of computer systems.

During high school I did an internship in the IT department at VIBRACOUSTIC. During this time I gained basic experience in computer hardware, software installation, computer maintenance and technical support. By observing the IT team's work, I learned how computer systems operate and began gaining experience in solving technical problems. This internship improved my IT knowledge and was an important step toward gaining professional experience.
